The Pierre Baudis Convention Centre is organised over 6 levels, allowing for unlimited configuration possibilities.
This layout allows you to host any size event under excellent conditions. When you organise a seminar, a convention, a gala dinner, or a special event, the Pierre Baudis Convention Centre provides you sufficient space and offers you its know-how.
Our 6 levels offer 6,000 m² of possibilities and can welcome up to 1,200 people.
The Concorde 1+2 space can hold up to 1,200 people in a theatre-style meeting. This is a flat room is equipped with a large raised podium and can be adapted to hold a 600- to 715-person meeting. Concorde 1+2 was also designed for expositions: its capacity is 60 9 m² stands.
The main entrance to the Convention Centre is reached by the mezzanine. 300 m² of space welcomes all convention attendees. The Caravelle room is generally used as a catering space. Good lighting will make your event as pleasant as possible. It is also suitable for exchanges around an exhibition zone, capable of having 40 9 m² stands.
There are 2 salons at this level, dedicated mainly to the organising administrative office and the VIP salon. They can also serve as a sub-committee space for 30 people.
A plenary meeting space with 300 places: Cassiopeia. A beautiful Exposition space, Foyer Ariane, with an opening onto Ariane 1+2 and workshops.
A meeting space with 500 places: The Saint-Exupéry Auditorium. An adjacent Foyer and 2 workshop spaces, each with 100 places.
3 rooms with 28, 30, and 50 places.
